The season/family tickets are applied for and issued at the Tourist Information in the Black Forest Museum. In addition to the respective fee, a deposit of €10 per person is charged for each season/family ticket, which is refunded when the transponder is returned.
Do you still have a transponder from last year? Then you only need to have it activated for the year 2021 with the admission prices, there is no deposit fee.
All those who still have transponders from the previous year can pay the amount for the season tickets by bank transfer (account of the city of Triberg, IBAN: DE78694500650002000206, Sparkasse Triberg). The associated transponders will then be activated the next day as soon as the amount has been credited to the city administration. If you don't have a transponder yet, you have to go to the tourist information center to apply for it for the first time. Activation of the transponder by paying cash in the tourist information is already possibleTake advantage of the early opportunity and save yourself long waiting times when the rush starts shortly before the swimming pool opens.
With a family card, each family member gets their own transponder and can therefore visit the pool individually and independently.
Saison cards:
- Season tickets are always activated on the day following the ticket purchase.
- When making the transfer, please also be aware of the time it takes for the amount to be credited to the city of Triberg. Only after receipt of payment the ticket purchase will be processed and activated for the next day.
- Decisive is the age on the opening day or the day of ticket purchase.
